For 32 years, Attorney Scott Goldberg has been providing personal attention for personal injury clients while winning the maximum recovery for them. The Law Firm of Scott D. The firm’s legal team includes Scott Bokun, a full-time legal assistant, who supports all the cases in the firm. Mr. Bokun is often the client’s contact person. Mr. Bokun also has an integral role in preparing each person injury case. In addition, the firm’s secretary Niamh (pronounced “Neeve”) Roarty keeps the firm organized and supports the work Attorney Goldberg is doing.
We offer free consultations by phone or on Zoom, and when we can again, in-person, depending on the nature of the case. All the personal injury cases we accept are on a contingent fee, which means that you do not pay any legal fees unless and until we successfully resolve your case.
